Hemoglobin reduced to 7.5 in Dec 2012

Hemoglobin reduced to 7.5 :

Since November 2012 was feeling tiredness. 20 th nov went to Goa with
kids and parents . Enjoyed a lot but journey was very hectic due to
driving and continues roaming.

After coming I used to feel tiredness but didnt show to doctor and
finally shown in December 15 and came to know lower level of
hemoglobin and suggested rest for 1 month till back to normal.

Effects are: tiredness , slow walks

I have started massage daily, meditation, soups and juices and things
improving .

Learning:

Stop unnecessary things and enjoy life with balance. Work smart.
